• High proficiency in Python and SQL.
• We’re looking for someone with experience in modern, cloud-based data infrastructure—especially in working with databases and Python-based data orchestration tools. Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and data processing frameworks like Spark is a plus. While we use AWS, experience with Azure or GCP is equally valuable. Our tech stack consists of Flyte, Kubernetes, Spark, Snowflake, Postgres, and Terraform.
• Some broad categories of problems we frequently address are e.g. entity resolution, extracting formatted information from unformatted sources as well as document retrieval, ranking and clustering. Past experience with similar problems is a plus.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving value, engagement, and measurable success for our customers. You’ll take ownership of accounts, build strong relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear many hats, with responsibilities such as:

• Knowledge of how to make ML pipelines and products scale is crucial - We work with web-scale data, meaning data volumes are huge and all conceivable edge cases are encountered.
